Teoksiani voidaan ymmärtää pyrkimyksenä tarttua siihen tosiasiaan, että elämme maailmassa, jossa kuvat ovat kaikkialla läsnä ja jotka tekevät olemassaolostamme lähes aavemaisen. Käsityksemme siitä mikä on todellisuus, on sinänsä kuvien välittämä prosessi.”
